A few favorites from @cushnieetochs Fall 2014 RTW show.
I have been on the lookout for a jumpsuit and then I saw this post on Nicole Warne’s Instagram. The shot was for Westfield’s Australia’s spring/summer campaign. I have not yet been able to figure out what line it is from. I am also not sure if it is a jumpsuit, it could be two pieces, but I love how it all looks like one piece.
I did not find a white jumpsuit, but did find these two black basics that could be dressed up with stand-out accessories.

I have mentioned before how much I love Instagram. Well, I will say it again. I love all the inspiration I get from the quick snapshots of those I follow.
We have lived in our home for almost 3 years now (I think?) and I still have mostly white, stark walls with no art or photographs. I pulled the photos above from a few Instagrammers I love because of the super cool framed art/photograph layouts on the walls.
Tomorrow is “accomplish a million projects you started a long time ago” day and one of those is finally putting the few frames I have up. All of the photos above have given me fabulous ideas!
From the top here is the list of the Instagrammers I pulled from:

Coveting Giambattista Valli
The Spring 2014 Couture shows have been incredible. (Go to style.com to see the gorgeous images from the runways). The detailed work that goes into all of the pieces is insane!
I have not yet had a chance to look at all of the shows, but this mint colored Giambattista Valli dress caught my eye. I love, love the color and the beaded collar!! I immediately thought a dress similar in color and details, would be perfect for one of the upcoming weddings I am attending in the spring and summer. It is such a dreamy dress and just so exquisite.
I already began my search online to see if I can find something similar, but since we are still a bit away from spring/summer I was unlucky in my search. I found two pieces from Shopbop that semi-give off the dreamy vibe as the Giambattista Valli, but I will keep looking closer to spring.

A few of my favorites from PETER PILOTTO for Target collaboration.
The #PeterPilotto for Target prints. The pieces will be in stores on February 9th.
The Winter that never came Sale
This is a laughable post considering that winter never came to Los Angeles, but in case you are going back East or skiing/snowboarding very soon, I found some great sales for outerwear!
I might be doing a snowboarding trip to Mammoth soon and I need a few bulkier jackets than I already have.
So, if you want to stock up for next year’s possible winter or for a snow trip, check out these great deals!
Top: Zara coat with leather sleeve
Middle (from left to right): H&M pattern knit sweater and Gap open-front cardigan
Bottom: Gap fur-trim puffer jacket and Gap cowlneck sweater
I have been away from the blog for some time now! But, I am back! With the New Year, comes the inevitable resolutions that will possibly be broken. Yet, I am going to try my absolute hardest not to break one of them I made this year.
I used to be incredibly organized and would always remember birthdays, anniversaries and other important milestones. And I loved sending out beautiful cards. I also used to collect gorgeous stationary from anywhere I could find them.
I miss being organized!
And so this year, the old Cassandra is back! I found this great website called Artsy Modern that sells unique, one-of-a-kind pieces for your home and for gifts. Also featured on the website are beautiful stationary sets.
You can see more here. Today is the last day for free shipping with the code WINTERFUN. Check it out if you get a chance.
